Leaders can struggle with the tough calls of hiring or firing employees around initiatives for weeks, months, or years. The impact of this takes a hit on a company and often at the detriment of the ultimate vision the company held for itself.
This inability to lead effectively drains company resources and leaves a company in limbo even when making required changes because they do not want to disrupt systems even if they are not working efficiently.
I’m here to help leaders take charge and turn around their companies, teams, and processes for more effective and profitable growth. I challenge my clients to push beyond their limits and achieve greatness.
I dig deep, actively listen and learn what is currently at stake. Then I figure out exactly what needs to be done. I believe in gaining clarity about the vision of the company and orienting initiatives that pull this vision forward.
