I bet you can't say no, Not nearly enough. I used to think vision boards were a little bit hokey. They are quite the opposite. What you say NO to is inversely related to what you say YES to.

• What do you want your income to be?

• What do you want your home to look like, including finishes

• Where do you want to live?

• What do you want to drive?

• What do you want to look like including weight and body fat percentage?

• Where do you want to vacation, and where do you want to eat?

• Whom do you want to give back to?

• What do you want to be known for?

Now, How committed are you? Are you more committed to time wasters, excuses, and the blame game? Are you committed to a clear vision of your future? That will make it easy to say no!
